You know, every now and then someone does something -- however small -- that's so kind and so unexpected, that it has a profound impact on your faith in people. So who would believe that in the same Starbucks where THIS, THIS, THIS, THIS and THIS happened, a sweet guy heard me admiring his laptop minimouse to Michael and then turned around and gave it to me? (It's so cool! I cannot work those touchpads to save my life and swear by my wireless mouse at home. This little guy will be perfect for traveling!) To the generous stranger: thanks, again.
