Mug Shot Monday

Most episodes of "Evil Lives Here" tend to be told from the point of view of a woman who was in a relationship with someone who turned out to be a serial killer -- as was the case of Shawn Grate, whose ex Christina Hildreth lived to tell. Keep reading HERE.

Confession: I must not think very highly of opposite-sex relationships, because I usually spend the first 45 minutes -- before the bodies are dug up from the backyard -- thinking all of the "harrowing" things the women are describing just sound like what being in a relationship with a straight man entails:

1. Constantly fighting because they have nothing in common
2. The man demanding sexual gratification in ways that make the woman uncomfortable
3. Controlling and wants to know where she is at all times
4. Doesn't like her to wear provocative clothing
5. Cuts her off from friends and family (You get the drift.)

I usually find myself glassy-eyed -- "What did you expect?" -- and then the horror hits when you hear one of the guy's exes reveal that she later realized she was cleaning up the blood of one of his victims

Quite an indictment of the lifestyle.

Do any of you have positive hetosexual-couple role models in your life?

How did the girlfriend clean up the crime scene and not think something was amiss?

Good point Dave.
