Jose Fernandez’s Pals on Fatal Boat Ride Identified

Such a sad story about three handsome young men.

The New York Post writes:
A pair of South Florida natives – named Eduardo Rivero and Emilio Macias – were identified as the pals of baseball superstar Jose Fernandez, who were killed alongside him Sunday when their boat crashed off Miami Beach, officials said. Rivero worked for Wells Fargo Advisors while Macias was employed by Carnival Cruise Line, the Miami Herald reported.
“It’s terrible, terrible,” sister Nicole Rivero told WSVN in Miami. “I don’t know how to deal with it. Don’t know. My mom is a mess. She doesn’t know what to do.” The deaths of Rivero and Macias were recorded at 3:15 a.m. Sunday, the same as Fernandez, Miami-Dade County Medical Examiner records showed.
