Kenneth in the (202)

Friends, family and readers in the Washington, D.C. area: I am coming to town on Friday for the NLGJA's (awkwardly titled) LGBT Media Journalists Convening. There will be a Blogger Fan Meetup Saturday night, March 1, at 9:30 at the Green Lantern.

And then on Sunday, I will be doing a book signing at Number Nine in Logan Circle, 1435 P St. NW I will have books to sell and the drinks will be flowing. Hope to see you there -- and if you already bought a copy, feel free to come by to say hi or get it signed!

And as a reminder, I will be a guest on the "Stonewall Live" radio show on Tuesday, Feb. 25 at 9 p.m. EST.  Complete details HERE.

Hi Kenneth, i just had to take a moment to congratulate you on your book! I've been a daily visitor to your site for a few years now, first happening upon it when your song of the day was 'Silver Wings' by the Knitters. (My hunky straight work-husband and I slow dance to that song whenever it pops up, but that's a story of its own!) I once showed my partner the pic of your cat nursing on your ear, and he thought it was one he'd taken of me when my identical-looking cat used to do the same thing to me! (I found it was easier to just 'lay there and take it' rather than keep pushing her away repeatedly. Thank goodness she's outgrown that phase.) Btw, I always enjoy your morning wood too! Your blog is great fun, and once again, congrats on your book!!! Wishing you all the best!!! -Dave

Barnes & Noble has a screwed up description of your book http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/wasnt-tomorrow-wonderful-a-memoir-kenneth-m-walsh/1118704490?ean=9781626010550 (I reported it but who knows they may be out of business before they fix it)
