You call yourself an American? I have to say, I read your blog every day, but after seeing your true colors, I am removing your blog from my favorites and will never, ever visit it again.

How dare you go after people celebrating this country and our freedoms from being attacked by people that want to take away our liberties and make us follow Muslim law. You Kenneth should be ashamed of yourself.

Well, "Too Afraid ...," I must admit your comment is not terribly attractive. Seriously, did you just do a lot of Tina while watching Die, Mommie, Die or what?

I was watching the live coverage as the young man considered to be the second bomber was taken into custody. My hearing is more than a bit off (just ask anyone about the mistaken lyrics I have sung to my favorite songs), but no matter what the crowd was being urged to say, what they ended up with was "U-S-A."

Which is fine, but not really appropriate to this particular situation. And I think that is what Kit212 is pointing out.

Too bad you won't be coming back (and I doubt that, because you sound like someone that always trolls for issues like this), but if you do then please consider Kenneth's site seems to be open to discourse about his posts and he seems to respond to comments that aren't attacks.

Agreed Kenneth, thanks for stating it!

I've been following you for some time and often disagree with you, but I am totally behind you on this one! Since at least the younger Tsarnaev brother is, in fact, a United States citizen, how does a chant of "USA!" fit that fact? I don't care where he was born and raised, he is a U.S. citizen with all the rights and privileges the rest of us have. Acting like this was some triumph of America over a foreign enemy, or even worse, a US sports team triumphing over foreign rivals, greatly diminishes us as a people. Bravo, KMW!

From too afraid to sign my name:

Peter Maria, I have never left a comment on a site in my life. And no, I was not on Tina and I am not a so called troll...but nice try to knock me down to your level.

My message was clear dissapointment in Kenneth's dismay for being a proud American. Sorry to inform you but there are many, many people trying to bring down our way of life and to take a dig at people celebrating our freedom is un-American.
I'll be happy to leave my name...it's James and I am a proud gay New Yorker who was born and raised here, unlike most people.
