Chelsea Handler's Plans for World Domination Continue

The teaser for the not-quite-on-the-sked-yet sitcom based on Chelsea Handler's HUGE second memoir, "Are You There, Vodka? It's Me, Chelsea," has hit the Internet. There's so much to process, where to begin? Laura Preppon -- who is just five years younger than Handler -- is playing the fictional Chelsea -- Chelsea Hanson -- in her younger, "wilder" days. Handler is playing her own older, born-again sister Sloane (didn't know she was going to be on at all, but should have figured). And "Chelsea Lately" round-table regular Jo Koy appears as one of Chelsea's coworkers, which makes sense given that Chelsea needs a punching bag. I also see that Dot Jones -- Coach Beiste from "Glee" -- even pops up in a most predictable way! It's hard to tell if the characters have any real chemistry -- that's what makes "Chelsea Lately" such a treat -- but I'd give it a shot. Chelsea and I have many things in common, right down to our unfortunate sexual encounters with red heads that scarred us for life.

Scarred for life because of some red pubes? I just don't get why it's a big deal.
Aside from a couple decent jokes, this looks unfortunately similar to "@#$%* My Dad Says".
