Radio Days

As I mentioned last week, I was a guest on "The Derek and Romaine Show" on Sirius Satellite Radio Thursday. The studio is in the glam McGraw-Hill building and although I didn't have any Howard, Martha or Monica sightings, the whole experience was a lot of fun. (Martha's studio is directly across from D & R's and Isaac Mizrahi was gearing up to use it.) For those of you who, like me, do not have satellite radio, the show's Web site sums it up rather nicely this way: "From personal ads to porn stars, astrology to ass-timonials, this is the hottest talk on talk radio!" (Very true, and both were great and very easy to talk to.) A big thank-you to Sam the producer for sending me a CD of my appearance. I was going to try to turn it into some kind of video with a slideshow or something, but then I remembered the whole point of radio is that it's an aural experience, so why go out of my way trying to miss the point?
