Larry and I just want to say thanks to everybody who voted for him in last month's Anamigo photo contest (see below). To be honest, I'd kind of forgotten about the whole thing (although I did notice Larry checking his e-mail more frequently than usual), but it seems the handsome little critter took home the $150 top prize!
Suffice to say, the money will go to good use. For starters, I'm stocking up on his new all-time favorite toy, Hartz's Gone Fishin', which he got in his stocking this year from his other daddy. I know I've said Larry didn't go for official cats toys, but this one drives him WILD, chasing the fish around, jumping and flipping in the air trying to catch it as it bounces on its elastic fishing line.
The rest will probably go into a savings account. At the rate he's going, he'll probably need to hire a publicist and fur stylist soon -- and we all know those things don't come cheap. Meow!
