72 Hours in Bed

God help me. I have (essentially) been in bed nonstop for the past three days. Couldn't even go to work today and am not sure if I will be able to go tomorrow, even though I HAVE to. I definitely have the flu -- crazy fever and the hallucination-filled nightmares that accompany it. (Who knew I was involved in the Sonny Von Bulow affair?) I honestly didn't know my body could ache this much (my hair even hurts!).

Yes. I am still getting over a very bad flu from mid-January. Do not expect to bounce back from this awful thing very fast, I'm afraid.

Do your best to relax until you feel a little better. There's an old saying, "the cemeteries are filled with indispensable people"

Oh man, sorry you're so sick! Take Nyquil for the body aches (and hair aches!) I still swear by it as the miracle drug for suppressing symptoms. Call me later! (no) lol

Oh no! The flu sucks. I hope you feel better soon, buddy. Remember, drink plenty of water, take the appropriate drugs, etc. (Just don't go all Heath Ledger on us.) Heal, my friend.

I hope you are feeling better. The hair hurt flu is a nightmare but your fever-induced dreams are a hoot (Von Bulow?)

Make sure you call the doctor. There are some nasty and dangerous strains of the flu virus out there this season.

No wonder you feel so awful, it's bad karma from the whole Sonny Von Bulow thing. Just kidding, for all the overly literal minds out there.

Please feel better so you can keep blogging. Gawker just ain't cutting it.

UGH. That sounds bad. Hope you're back to feeling better real soon. Funny thing about Sonny Von Bulow...

I watched a show on the telly the other day and about the Von Bulow affair and they didn't interview you. :-)

Dreams can haunt. Last Thursday Brad Pitt came into my dream to tell me his wife died.

Are they in trouble or something? I don't think you have to take dreams literally.

What is curious is that I did not know Brad knew me. But maybe he did see me watching him all these years.

The less I think about this, the better.

PS Feeling any better, Kenneth?
