Auto-body: I'm finally wrapping up Chris Stein's "Under a Rock" memoir -- I can barely focus long enough to read books post-pandemic -- and though he doesn't specifically say it's this Martin Hoffman painting, clearly it's the one the Blondie co-founder saw/liked and asked the artist to use as the inspiration for the "Autoamerican" cover.
