That Carlos Alcaraz can even pick up a racket after that Paris final really drives home how amazing it is that six men in the Open era have won Roland Garros and Wimbledon in the same year, and Bjorn Borg did it three years in a row, albeit when the French wasn’t what it is today.
Rod Laver (1969; also in 1962)
Bjorn Borg (1978, 1979 and 1980)
Rafael Nadal (2008 and 2010)
Roger Federer (2009).
Novak Djokovic (2021)
Carlos Alcaraz (2024)

Grigor Dimitrov
Alex De Minaur
Holger Rune
Frances Tiafoe
Jack Draper
