And Then There Were Four

I don't have a clue what's going to happen in this evening's U.S. Open semifinals. But for some reason, I would either like both teens to win, or both women, but not one of each. Ideally the two seeds would win and face off in the final -- both looking to win their first major. But this tournament has been all about youth, so it would be fitting for Raducanu and Fernandez to square off, in what would be the first teenybopper final since Serena Williams defeated Martina Hingis in 1999. Let the fun begin!

UPDATE: And an all-teen final it is! What an incredible match between Fernandez and Sabalenka -- so painful to see Aryna collapse at the 11th hour, but Leylah drove her to it -- and how good is Emma?

and if women's tennis form holds- we won't see either of the 2 finalist past the 3rd round for the next 6 slams.
