Song of the Day: 'Sooner or Later' by the Grass Roots

Another memorable hit from my early childhood -- and my second-favorite song with this title. 

P.S.  Creed Bratton, who played a fictionalized version of himself for nine years on “The Office,” was a member of the band for a time!

The band also recorded "Where Were You When I Needed You," later lovingly covered by the Bangles on the B-side of their single "Hero Takes a Fall." And of course "Temptation Eyes," later covered by the Blake Babies.
