I'm Blondie's biggest fan who also dreads when they release new material. ("Panic of Girls" had its moments, but "Ghosts of Download" convinced me my cynicism was warranted. Can't they just rest on their laurels?!) Nonetheless, Debbie and Chris are hellbent on recording new material, so "Pollinator" will be upon us come May 5. For whatever reason, the band has already released an audio video for "Fun" -- is three months the normal lead time now? -- which you can judge for yourself here.
Are those baby vocals Debbie Harry or Carol Channing?

I hope Blondie hasn't been reduced to just a greatest hits band!

This first single is great!
I've listened to it a few times over the last few days......I can't say I love it. It's not quite auto-tuned, but way way way over produced. And poor Deb is singing in a range she'll never ever ever be able to match in a live setting. I'm more interested that Laurie Anderson is going to appear on the album.
