Andy Murray Drops Coach Amelie Mauresmo

I know the cantankerous Brit has a long history of switching coaches. But after seeing him give away the Madrid final to a rather uncertain-looking Novak Djokovic, I would say he'd be better off looking into a new shrink.

Disappointing. I thought their partnership was giving Andy more focus and his results over the past year and a half have been actually quite good to keep him #2 much of the time (switching back and forth with Fed): he's just running into the same obstacle the rest of the tour has, a possibly soon-to-be-greatest-of-all-time Novak Djokovic. But at least Amelie got nearly two full years of the (high profile and historic in some ways) gig, and now she can focus on her countrywomen that she successfully captained into this year's Fed Cup final.
