Very sad to hear about this -- 66 is awfully young. TMZ reports he was not ill but was suddenly rushed to the hospital where he died of a major heart attack. Here's hoping there's a big comedy club in the sky and he's in the green room with Gilda Radner, whose visit to "It's Garry Shandling's Show" still haunts me to this day.
He was photographed recently with "Larry Sanders" costar Bob Odenkirk and Kathy Griffin, looking verry Garry ....
