How Actor John Krasinski Got Jacked in Just Four Months

I'm gonna go with my standard response: "steroids." See more proof of his hot new body HERE.

He had that under the fleshy layer he was carting around. A good diet and some toning is all he needed.

Not to mention Men's Health is notoriously generous with the Photoshop boost. Andy Roddick even joked about that when he featured on the cover several years back. Still, Jim Halpert is certainly a big boy now. I won't even halfheartedly claim to disapprove like I did when Pratt and Tovey buffed up.

We probably all have day jobs, getting in shape was his, maybe part of the contract for the film -- plus all the resources at his disposal making sure it happened. And then, yes, there's always chemical assistance.

Nope. Not seeing anything steroidal there. He just dropped a few pounds. Nothing there that can't be accomplished in four months with the right amount of dedication. That's the hard part. Jealous people :) are generally too quick to attribute success to chemical assistance.

Too bad he got ripped to be in another crappy Michael Bay movie!

I really liked him in Aloha. He's got a scene with Bradley Cooper where they communicate with each other silently with facial expressions and body language that's both sweet and hot.
