Radar Online is reporting that Rosie O'Donnell's estranged wife, Michelle Rounds, was recently hospitalized after a suicide attempt in a hotel room, about a week after photos surfaced of her ex on a "romantic getaway" with new girlfriend Tatum O'Neal. Not sure how much of this to believe -- Rounds has always seemed flaky and I'm not convinced Tatum and Rosie's aren't just friends -- but there's one thing I am sure of: Rosie has had a rough couple of months, between her custody battle with Rounds, her father's passing and her daughter running away.

haven't really been following, but i did see an interview w Rounds a few mos ago (maybe here?) saying how unfit O'Donnell was to be a mother. I'm not sure Rounds is making her case for custody if the suicide attempt is true.
