Disrobed

I have just one question about this judge in Key West -- who has been fair in his rulings on LGBT issues -- who is resigning after his Manhunt profile was brought to the public's attention. WhyMore HERE.

EDITOR'S NOTE: Having been involved in a similiar situation, I do think it's a tad delusional for him to claim he was the victim of "an inappropriate invasion of [his] privacy." As a judge, I would think he would be extra cautious about things like this, and I would expect that a straight judge turning up on a swingers site could/would make news, too. The moral of this and any other online story is always the same: Don't put anything out there that you wouldn't want the world to see. But if you do choose to use a site like Manhunt, have the wherewithal to stand your ground if it comes up later. He did nothing wrong, so by resigning I feel like he is acting as if he did. What's worse, Gov. Rick Scott -- no friend of the gays -- now gets to fill the hole. (Pun intended.)

Maybe he's resigning because he got caught lying on his profile. He's 56 but claimed to be 45. Do you really want someone like that judging you?

And from those photos, no way in hell he can pass for 45.

Yeah, I'm sure embarrassment is the answer to my question. But I think anyone would agree that fibbing about your age on a "dating" website doesn't exactly make you unfit to serve, though!
