British journalist Damian Barr's award-winning memoir, "Maggie & Me: Coming Out and Coming of Age in 1980s Scotland," has just been released in America, via Bloomsbury USA. Barr's become the toast of his town -- I hear his literary salons are the see-and-be-seen events in London these days -- and he will soon be crossing the pond to wage a charm offensive here in America.
