As our taxi was climbing Capitol Hill Saturday night en route to meet my brother and his wife for dinner at the Tune Inn, Michael the sight of the Capitol building reminded Michael of a school trip he made to Washington when he was a little boy, and how he and all the kids on the bus would go crazy when "Rock the Boat" came on the radio, singing along like they were honorary members of the Hues Corporation!
