In honor of Fabio Fognini's win over Philipp Kohlschreiber yesterday in the finals of the Mercedes Cup , a reader sent in this interesting photo. Fognini -- No. 44 on my list of Hottest Male Tennis Players -- defeated the German 5-7, 6-4, 6-4 for his first-ever ATP title, but his trainer is obviously confused about the best way to congratulate him!
