Here's your first sample from "Release Me," Barbra Streisand's upcoming album of previously unreleased songs dating back to 1963. "I Think It's Going to Rain Today" was recorded in 1971 during the "Stoney End" sessions. Randy Newman, who wrote the track, accompanies on piano. "Release Me" will be available on vinyl Sept. 25 and CD Oct. 9.

oh, I have to get this album!
Wasn't this song recorded by Bette Midler in "Beaches"? L love me some Babs, but I like Bette's version better. Just my opinion.
