 Mitt Romney held fundraisers at three Hamptons estates this weekend, and it was hard to pick which quote was the best:

“Is there a VIP entrance? We are VIP,” -- A woman in a blue chiffon dress yelling to a Romney aide as she pulled up in a Range Rover for the $25,000 a plate fundraiser at the $25 million East Hampton estate of Revlon CEO Ron Perleman.

Another woman attending weekend GOP events told the L.A. Times that the “common person” isn’t educated or sophisticated enough to support Romney. 

"We've got the message," the woman told the Los Angeles Times, after pulling up to the $18 million Southampton beachfront home of conservative billionaire David Koch. "But my college kid, the babysitters, the nails ladies - everybody who's got the right to vote - they don't understand what's going on. I just think if you're lower income - one) you're not as educated, two) they don't understand how it works, they don't understand how the systems work, they don't understand the impact." 

Somewhere, Bunny Bixler is nodding in agreement.
