 Apparently there's a reason for this new 6 1/2 Avenue nonsense I wrote about last week: It's a walkway of sorts that connects a number of public spaces in Midtown office buildings -- I noticed more of them when I got off the E at 53rd and 7th today -- but not everyone is on board. Read HERE.
