The summer Pride season is nearly upon us, and the first photos are trickling in. These are from Long Beach Pride -- which always comes early as to not be overshadowed by the bigger event in West Hollywood in June -- shot by my friend Danny. Haven't been to the Long Beach event since 1990(!) when I volunteered and wound up being the "talent coordinator" for the day, which meant picking up Stacey Q and getting her to the place on time. They let me use someone's Mercedes 560SEL -- which would have been much more fitting for a Pebbles show!
