This Post Means Hello and Goodbye

By the time you read this, Michael and I will be lying on the beach in Waikiki, celebrating out 10-anniversary and praying the misfortune that struck Greg Brady is not bestowed upon us. ("Michael! For the love of god, take that tiki idol off!") I've pre-posted some Morning Woods and Caption-worthy photos for the week, but for the most part intend to be offline. (Can I do it?) I've also invited three friends who have contributed to KIT212 over the years -- Christopher Carozzo, Marc Lallanilla and Frank Anthony Polito -- to guest-blog in my absence, so I know you'll be in good hands. If my "smart" phone will allow, I'll try to drop you a postcard during the week. Until then, see you when I get back in a week or so. Aloha!!!!

Rent a car, bring the camera and drive around the perimeter of the island.
And be sure to drive on H1- the beauty is captivating! But remember to pay attention to the road and the drivers around you (who 'see it' everyday).
Envy,
Michael

Hope u have a great time. My parter and I were there a month ago and there was so much rain that they kept interrupting the radio and TV stations with warnings of flash floods, mud-slides and school closings. But, I'm sure its all out of its system by now. This is a great time for seeing lots of whales! Enjoy!
