Police have released the names and photos of two men suspected in the gruesome slaying of a Chelsea man, known for hanging out in the neighborhood with a pet bird on his shoulder. Juan Carlos Martinez-Herrera, 26, and Edwin Faulkner, 30, are being sought for questioning in connection with the murder of 57-year-old John Laubach. (It might be helpful to anyone who has tricked with Martinez-Herrera that his mug shot seems to depict him just as he sat down on a penis.) Read the Daily News report HERE.
