Gawker has declared Carly Rae Jepsen's "Call Me Maybe" the perfect pop song. I had to listen with the sound down very low, so am withholding judgment. But the video's definitely everything a gay could hope for, right up to the last second.

This song is a major earworm. It's been on heavy rotation on Canadian pop radio for months. Trivia note: Carly Rae finished 3rd on Canadian Idol Season 5.
The song is dang catchy!!! I'd never heard of it 'til I just read this post! I liked the video, too. Didn't see the ending coming! Haaa!
