For the second week in a row, Roger Federer proved he would still be the No. 1 player in the world if Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal weren't in the picture. After winning in Basel last week, he took home the Paris title on Sunday, downing Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, 6-1, 7-6. With or without Nole and Rafa, however, he still wouldn't have the best smile on the tour.
