Keep '(Keep Feeling) Fascination'

Was tickled to see not one, but TWO new advertisements using "(Keep Feeling) Fascination," the grossly underappreciated single by the Human League -- one of the highlights of 1983's British invasion. Samsung has gone so far as to call its latest smartphone the Fascinate, and is using the band's classic version that came out as stopgap between the huge "Dare" album and the long-overdue (and arguably disappointing) "Hysteria."
But it's the slowed-down cover version used in this Kingsford charcoal ad that really made me smile. This is such a "my generation" moment -- now let's hope Jo Callis and Phil Oakey are humming all the way to the bank. UPDATE: A friend tells me the remake is by Rob Crow of Pinback. Download it HERE.

Certainly a fan of the song. Brings back a lot of memories from what seems like a life time ago at this point.

Thanks for sharing,

LOVE it! And of course, "Hysteria" was no "Dare!", but like ABC's "Beauty Stab" (which was no "Lexicon Of Love"), they both succeed as proper albums IMO.
