Collision Course With Scalia, Alito & Thomas

Some encouraging news out of Boston, even if a hoax got us all worked up for a verdict on Prop 8 that never came. Clearly, all things gay marriage are headed in one direction, yet I don't have any reason to believe that Kagan & Co. are up for the task of finally doing the right thing. I can't help but think we pay dearly (and for decades to come) for having reached this point a few years "prematurely," while also acknowledging we really can't control when these things happen at all ...
