Another One Bites the Dust

With the city's streets littered with empty retail spaces, you would think landlords would be willing to work with their tenants on lease renewals. Sadly for the Eros diner on Seventh Avenue -- site of many late-night grilled cheeses during my courtship with Mikey -- this was not the case. Will definitely miss the staff, who were sweet and attentive and always knew to have the Diet Pepsi ready when we walked in.
