Yes, Virginia. There Is an Equal Protection Clause

As humorous as this piece is about the Virginia attorney general and governor's efforts to wash the state of policies to prohibit discrimination based on sexual orientation, it's really sad that this is where we're at in 2010 as same-sex couples in far less "developed" nations around the world are getting married. Kudos to the student groups around Virginia who are not taking this pro-hate policy lying down and already have Gov. Robert F. McDonnell backing down on his anti-gay stance.
