It's really unfair what we do to our favorite stars as they get older, especially women. On the one hand, we don't want them to age. (Come on, we'll take a plastic Cher over an
old Cher any day of the week.) Still, I can't help but remain uneasy when people I adore stop looking like themselves altogether, especially ones who were blessed by the Gods. I thought my girl Olivia Newton-John looked really weird
when I saw her in concert a few years ago, and from the looks of the photo below, she's not sure what to make of herself these days, either.

I thought so too, when I saw pics of her at the Broadway Xanadu premiere.
But she was on Graham Norton recently (it's on YouTube) and she looked well.
I think it's great that Livvy is letting herself age both naturally and gracefully. Sure, she doesn't look 22, but that's because she's not 22...she's 61....and for being 61, and a cancer survivor/thriver, I think she looks amazing still!
