It’s just this is no place for that.” -- Randall Woosely, 46, an unemployed former cab driver who just served 10 months on a charge related to stolen property and now lives with his sister in East Lake, Fla., explaining why he came to pressure the Hillsborough County Commission to vote no to allowing Catholic Charities USA to be set up a so-called "tent city" to help homeless people near his neighborhood.
