THAT doesn't give the police the right to tackle him to the ground and repeatedly slam his head on the floor. If they wanted to arrest him for mouthing off, then so be it. It's this mentality -- once you've done something perceived by the authorities as wrong (no day in court) then you get what you deserve -- is what's made us the hypocritical laughingstocks of the world!
How about an update to this travesty of justice? I know if it happened here I'd go to bat for him- and I work at the courthouse...
