Matt and I live in a 1,200 square foot condo in Michigan. I wouldn't mind the small space in New York though.. It would stop us from accumulation junk we don't need!

350 sq. ft? That's palatial. I lived in the building next door to this one (102 Greenwich) and my apartment was about 280 sq. ft., but I lived there for six years. Perfect location - and yes, it did stop me from accumulating junk!
