Day Without a Gay

They're calling post-Nov. 4 life "Stonewall 2.0," or the "silver lining" of hateful Proposition 8. And now The New York Times has a nice look at this new wave of activism, including today's "Day Without a Gay" (I happen to be off work today, but I did not phone in "gay." My boss told me if I had, it might have caused our company's timesheet software to explode!) I for one am delighted and impressed by the renewed outrage and passion from my fellow gay brothers and sisters -- and the first-time efforts from people who had never seen discrimination against gays and lesbians done so blatantly. Now I'm hoping some of it gets more directly focused on these asshole Democrats in Albany playing politics with my rights. And I'd also like to send out a big FUCK YOU to state Sen. (and reverend) Ruben Diaz of the Bronx, who "strongly opposes" same-sex marriage -- like I'm supposed to care what you think.

Get yours HERE.

Well Boys,

When you try to take a two thousand year old Biblical intitution and try to pervert it.
Well, you will have to take marriage from my cold dead hands.

Yes, I do not hang with gays, is that going to be your next project?

Hetro's take a gay to work day.
Hetro's take a pedophile...
Hetro's take a trany...

Your lost, scared and your reactions show it.
