Did you know the chief of the British defense staff is named Jock Stirrup? I'm not sure if the senior Royal Air Force commander combined the name of the street he grew up on with the name of first pet or if Jock Stirrup was his given name, but either way it might explain that look on his face.

Absolutely hilarious!
This from a Country whose VP is "Dick Chaney"?
Most amusing. However Sir Graham Eric Stirrup is a highly-decorated officer. 'Jock' is often given as a nickname to people who are Scottish or whose family has Scottish connections. You can read his official biography either in the NATO website:
http://www.nato.int/cv/chod/uk/stirrup.htm
or in Wikipedia:

No doubt a much more detailed full-page biography will be published in British newspapers such as the Telegraph or the Times when eventually he passes on, hopefully many years from now.
Maybe I'm going a bit crazy, but this rich Daddy Brit is pretty hot...WOOF!
What about Ed Balls, MP and Secretary of State for Schools, Families and Children?
