These look like just another bunch of annoying signs posted all over downtown NYC, but they are actually the product of Circus Outreach, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing employment and community involvement for out-of-work circus performers (clowns, bearded ladies, etc.). And next month they'll be offering "Barebacking Riding Lessons" all over Chelsea.

Saw those all over Chelsea last week...didn't quite know what to make of it. Several actually had all the numbers pulled.
