When last I heard David Beckham had been paid $250 million and suffered a season-ending injury after playing about 10 minutes for the Los Angeles Galaxy. I must not have been paying too much attention (it's all Posh, all the time on the blogs) but it looks like Davey is back playing, although his 68th minute entrance in last night's game against the Red Bulls didn't exactly deliver a Hollywood ending. (A 1-1 draw? And they wonder why no one cares about soccer in this country?!) Oddly enough, going into last night's game his team had won five straight matches without him. (So much for star power.)
