Morning Wood: Kyle Chandler

I can barely remember a time in my life when I wasn't in love with Kyle Chandler. From his early days on "Homefront" through his leading man turn in "Early Edition," he's just gotten more handsome over the years. NBC will announce at its upfronts today in New York that Kyle has been tapped to star in the series version of "Friday Night Lights," based on the celebrated book by H.G. Bissinger about big-time Texas high school football. Kyle will play the new coach of a team whose town lives and dies with football. Maybe a reason to watch NBC again?
