This is my second Lyndon Baines Johnson moment this week -- and it's a doozy. First I misread a headline to say "Lady Bird's son allegedly tried to hit ex-girlfriend with car," and now Rachel Maddow reminded me of the infamous "pants call," during which the president orders slacks from the Hagger company and asks for an extra inch for his "nuts," as well as ample room for his "bunghole."
