I re-read your original post and can't believe I didn't add my list. I'm very much in agreement with your comments regarding her albums. A bit late but here's my list:
1. Madonna -- classic album; classic fun songs; Holiday is my all-time favorite
2. Like a Virgin -- never really liked the title track that much but the rest of the album has great songs, especially Dress You Up and Angel
3. Ray of Light -- finally a Grammy! Frozen and title track are my favorites
4. Like a Prayer -- title track is stunning and one of my all-time favorite music videos
5. True Blue - Open Your Heart is my favorite track
6. Music -- What it Feels like for a Girl is the stand-out track for me, especially the dance version
7. Confessions on a Dancefloor -- love Sorry and Hung Up (especially the Abba sample of Gimme Gimme Gimme (a Man After Midnight)
8. Erotica
9. Bedtime Stories
10. American Life
11. Who's That Girl
12. Hard Candy
I don't really know Rebel Heart, Madame X or MDNA.
PS - I also love lists, especially music lists although I kinda gave up on music lists around 2005.
