Today is Divine's birthday. I won't even say "what would have been her 76th birthday" -- there's no way she was ever going to live that long. But we sure could have used more than 42 years, which is how old Harris Glenn Milstead was when (s)he died in 1988, shortly after "Hairspray" turned him into something of a mainstream star.
