Yet another example of how Neil Young songs are much better when sung by a chick. Had no idea that Nicolette Larson died in 1997, at just 45 of complications from cerebral edema -- brain swelling caused by abnormal fluid accumulation. (She was married to famed drummer Russell Kunkel at the time of her death.) This song will take people of a certain age back: What a beautiful and talented young woman.

"Lotta Love" came out the same day from Larson and Young. It was one of two songs on Young's 'Comes a Time' where Larson didn't sing harmony vocals. She paired well with Young on several albums.
