Because I've already used the original Redbone version of this classic '70s confection for my Song of the Day, I'm using a 1990s cover I didn't even know about until yesterday. Reason being: The Wall Street Journal profiled "Come and Get Your Love" in its Anatomy of a Song feature this week -- and I'm curious if anyone else was as surprised as I was that Lolly Vegas got a sole writing credit given how much heavy lifting brother Pat did.
