TV Notes

Couple things: Fourth and final season of “Catastrophe” was the best yet. (Ouch on the finale, though.) Way to go out on a high note.

And we saw Hitchcock’s (second) “Man Who Knew Too Much” for the first time. Doris Day is a dream -- and the film is awfully good if you look past a few holes in the story. The entire time I had the nagging feeling I had seen so much of it before until I realized my childhood fave “Foul Play” had paid homage to it and other Hitch classics!
