Hadn't thought of this No. 1 single from 1979 in ages until it popped up during the closing scene of "Divorce" Sunday night. Never would have guessed that show would find its footing -- Season 2 is 100 times better than the first! -- but I'm so glad it has. Always kind thought of this song as being the sequel to "Slow Dancing" by Johnny Rivers (of "Baby, I Need Your Lovin'" and "Poor Side of Town" fame) from a couple years before -- how's that for romantic?
